When will I receive my tickets after placing an order online?

E-tickets will be shipped a few weeks before the event, sometimes in June.

They will be available in your account area, and you will be notified by e-mail.

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you that your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You will then be able to log into your customer account to download and print them.

Yes. You can print out your e-tickets for entry to the circuit, or present them on your smartphone. If you use your smartphone, please make sure you have enough battery power.

E-tickets will be available in the course of June, as long as payment is received.

No, we do not do home delivery.

Payment/invoicing

The accepted payment methods are: Visa, Eurocard - Master Card, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, American Express, Giropay and Sofort. You can also pay by bank transfer. For more information, click here.

To guarantee the security of your banking data, your credit card information is not stored on our website. Online payment is made by credit card in 100 % secure area. It is carried out by Ingenico, one of the main players in the European market for Internet banking transactions.

After receiving your payment, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email address.

No, it is not possible to pay in instalments.

Please try again, preferably with another credit card or by bank transfer.

Yes, you can change your billing address by logging into your account on our website. If the invoice has already been issued, it will no longer be possible to change the billing address (legal obligation). However, the new encoded billing address will be used for all the invoices of subsequent orders.

Yes, provided you open a different customer account per company to be invoiced. For a customer account, only one billing address is possible.

No, it is not possible to change an existing order but you can order tickets by placing a new order in your personal account on our website. If your orders include seats in a grandstand, you can leave a note in the box provided if you want both orders to be placed together in the chosen grandstand. We will do our best to answer your request according to availability.

You can also exchange your tickets on TicketSwap, a trusted exchange platform. 

Tickets will not be taken back or exchanged.

There will be no ticketing at the entrances to the circuit in 2025. All sales will be made online.
