When you choose a payment-in-installments option offered on our site, certain personal data concerning you is transmitted to our partner Alma, a simplified joint-stock company (*société par actions simplifiée*) authorized as a payment institution and financing company.

Purposes: to assess your eligibility for payment in installments (creditworthiness analysis), manage the financing and payment schedule, prevent fraud, and comply with Alma’s legal obligations regarding the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
Responsibility: Alma acts as an independent data controller within the meaning of the GDPR (EU 2016/679). Spa Grand Prix acts as the data controller for processing operations related to ticket order management.
Legal basis: Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR – performance of the installment payment contract you have requested.
Automated decision-making: acceptance or refusal of payment in installments is based on an automated analysis performed by Alma. You may contest a decision directly with Alma.
Transfers: Alma may use subcontractors located outside the European Economic Area, subject to the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

When you create an account on our mobile application, we ask for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and country. Creating your account also allows you to log in to our website using the same login credentials. If you delete your account on the mobile application, your account on the website will also be deleted, and vice versa.

The term SDK, Software Development Kit, describes a range of tools intended for IT development for software design. games, apps on a device and/or an operating system. The SDK mobile is a box of tools that facilitate the development or enrichment of an app.
A SDK mobile is comprised of various modules in order to allow developers to operate the native functions of the phone (GPS, bluetooth, camera, etc.) and for marketing and statistical purposes.
The SDKs that we use are strictly necessary for the functioning of our mobile app. We use SDKs in order to allow us to use;
These three functionnalities (geolocation, notifications and camera) will be subject to your prior consent during the use of the app.
We do not collect any data in regards to your GPS position in regards to taking photo or video images. The GPS chip and your phone camera are used (after consent), but no data is collected. The position is used in real time and the information remains locally on your phone and is not transferred to our servers. Likewise, in regards to your camera as it’s used to recognise the QR codes but no photo or video image will be recorded.
We do not use SDKs in relation to marketing or statistics.
When you register to receive our Newsletter, we ask for your email address.
By registering for our newsletter, you give your consent to receive information on our products, services and other information that, in our opinion, could interest you.
You may retract your consent at any time and we will stop sending you our newsletter. Your details will be retained as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletter.
When you participate in a contest organized by Spa Grand Prix S.A., we collect the information you provide in the participation form, namely your first name, last name, and email address.
We use this information to manage your participation and select the winners. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Your data is retained for the duration of the contest and deleted no later than 3 months after the announcement of the winners. The data of the winners is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the prize and comply with our legal obligations.
