E-tickets will be available in the course of June, as long as payment is received.

Can I buy camping tickets at the ticket office?

No. You can only buy entrance tickets (i.e. Bronze, Silver and Gold tickets). For organisational reasons, camping tickets are only available online.

Are there any ATM?

No. There is no ATM available at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The nearest ATMs are located in Spa, Stavelot or Malmedy. So, please take your precautions.

Where can I buy City Shuttle tickets?

You can buy your City Shuttle tickets on our official website by clicking here. Please note that these will not be available in the shuttle bus.

Can I buy all categories of tickets (Bronze, Silver and Gold) at the ticket office?

No. You can only buy tickets that have not yet been sold during the online sales. Therefore, the categories of tickets available vary from one year to another one depending on the evolution of sales.

Is it possible to do only a one-way trip with a City Shuttle ticket?

You are free to make only one of the two trips planned by the City Shuttle, but the only ticket available includes the round trip. The ticket price is not breakable.

I have an electric car. Where can I find a charging station to charge my car?

The closest charging stations for your electric car are available in Spa and Stavelot. However, these terminals may be difficult to access given the expected audience. Take your precautions because they may not be accessible.

Where can I buy camping tickets? At what price?

Camping tickets are only available on our official website (by clicking here). Please note that it is not possible to purchase camping tickets on site, neither at the ticket offices nor at the entrance of the campsites.

How will I receive my tickets? In what format?

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you that your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You will then be able to log into your customer account to download and print them.

When will I receive my tickets after placing an order online?

E-tickets will be shipped a few weeks before the event, sometimes in June. They will be available in your account area, and you will be notified by e-mail.

With the Event Train Ticket, travel from any Belgian station to Verviers-Central and back at 50% off, using the discount code on your E-Ticket! You can buy your motorcycle parking tickets on our official website (by clicking here) and at the entrance of the parking lot when you arrive at Spa-Francorchamps. Please note that these will not be available at the entrance of the circuit. The price is 20 euros per day: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Be careful, the car park is emptied every evening (after this period of time, motorcycles will be towed).
