When will I receive my tickets after placing an order online?

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you that your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You will then be able to log into your customer account to download and print them.

Tickets must be for one person only.
Please note that the name must correspond to the person who will be travelling to the Grand Prix with the ticket.

To name your tickets, go to your customer area once you have received them. You'll find your tickets and you'll need to name them.

Please note that you will only be able to change these names once you have named them the first time.

Yes. You can print out your e-tickets for entry to the circuit, or present them on your smartphone. If you use your smartphone, please make sure you have enough battery power.
