My child is under 6 years old, does he need a ticket to enter the circuit?

Children under 6 years of age can enter the circuit free of charge but there are no seats for them. They must remain on an adult's lap.

Is it possible to do only a one-way trip with a City Shuttle ticket?

You are free to make only one of the two trips planned by the City Shuttle, but the only ticket available includes the round trip. The ticket price is not breakable.

Do all ticket categories (Bronze, Silver and Gold) automatically give me access to a seat in the grandstand?

No. SILVER and GOLD tickets give you access to the circuit (to the BRONZE area) as well as an allocated seat in a grandstand, whereas BRONZE tickets give you access to the circuit (to the BRONZE area) but not to an allocated seat in a grandstand.

Can I bring my pet?

No, for safety reasons, animals are not allowed on the Spa-Francorchamps site (neither on the circuit nor in the campsites) Exception: Guide dogs for the visually impaired and assistance dogs are allowed but the organisation must be informed in advance.

What objects/things are allowed on site?

cameras (images for personal use only) ; portable radio ; food (for personal consumption only); promotional items that do not disturb the view of other spectators (small flags, small banners); pushchairs, walkers and wheelchairs; cigarettes are allowed on site, but smoking is strictly prohibited in the stands and VIP areas.

Is there food and drink available on the campsites?

At the green campsite, a supermarket will be available. In addtition, a sports club will be preparing meals available for campers to buy. There is no food or drinks available at the yellow campsites, but you can buy food and drinks on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. In addition, you are allowed to bring your own drinks and food. Can I add tickets to one of my online orders?

No, it is not possible to change an existing order but you can order tickets by placing a new order in your personal account on our website. If your orders include seats in a grandstand, you can leave a note in the box provided if you want both orders to be placed together in the chosen grandstand. We will do our best to answer your request according to availability. You can also exchange your tickets on TicketSwap, a trusted exchange platform.
