Yes. You can pay by credit card, debit card and cash.

Yes, the campsites are equipped with sanitary facilities including toilets and showers.

Do motorbike car parks have a facility for storing my equipment (helmet, gloves, etc.)?

Yes, you can leave them safely under the supervision of the stewards in the car park.

Is there a car park to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, there is a specific car park, the PRM car park. This parking is included in your PRM ticket.

Are tickets nominative?

Yes, each ticket is personal. You will be asked to personalise them when you receive them, before downloading them.

Are there adapted toilets on the Spa-Francorchamps site for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, there are adapted toilets for people with reduced mobility. These are only provided around the 2 PRM platforms (PRM SOURCE & PRM CHICANE).

Can I cook on the campsite? Can I have a barbecue?

Yes, you can cook on the campsite as long as the safety rules related to fire and its spread are respected.

Can I bring drinks and food?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own drinks (except alcoholic drinks) and food. Please note that glass containers are not allowed.

Are there water points on the Spa-Francorchamps site?

Yes. We have more than 25 water points across the venue. In addition to that we have multiple hand wash stations, each of them providing dinkable water.

Can I invoice my orders to several companies?

Yes, provided you open a different customer account per company to be invoiced. For a customer account, only one billing address is possible.

Does the ticket include other activities apart from the Formula 1 race?

Yes, in addition to the Formula 1 sessions, several other categories will be vying for victory in 2025: Formula 2, Formula 3 and the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. There will also be a host of other events in the Fanzone.

Do I have to print my tickets?

Yes. You can print out your e-tickets for entry to the circuit, or present them on your smartphone. If you use your smartphone, please make sure you have enough battery power.

Can I change my billing address?

Yes, you can change your billing address by logging into your account on our website. If the invoice has already been issued, it will no longer be possible to change the billing address (legal obligation). However, the new encoded billing address will be used for all the invoices of subsequent orders.

Do I have access to the Fanzone and its activities with a Bronze Ticket?

Yes, with a Bronze Ticket you have access to the Bronze Zones around the track and to the fan zone. You can watch the concerts there without an additional ticket. However, you do not have access to the grandstands with allocated seats.

Are the grandstand seats numbered?

Yes, grandstand seats are numbered and allocated for each day. For example, if you have a weekend ticket, you will have the same seat on all 3 days. However, there is an exception for the ‘17-27 Blanchimont’ stand, which does not have numbered seats and is open seating.

Yes. There are special tickets for people with reduced mobility who have a blue badge (= the disabled card). The PRM SOURCE or PRM CHICANE platforms are exclusively intended for these people. People who do not meet these criteria will not be accepted on these platforms. The packages include a ticket for the person with reduced mobility, a ticket for the accompanying person and a parking ticket. Each PRM platform includes a wheelchair ramp and a chair for the accompanying person.
