Can I bring drinks and food?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own drinks (except alcoholic drinks) and food. Please note that glass containers are not allowed.

Are there any ATM?

No. There is no ATM available at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The nearest ATMs are located in Spa, Stavelot or Malmedy. So, please take your precautions.

Can I change my order online?

The orders cannot be modified. For more information, please contact us at the following address: info@spagrandprix.com. You can also exchange your tickets on TicketSwap, a platform we recommend.

Where can I buy City Shuttle tickets?

You can buy your City Shuttle tickets on our official website by clicking here. Please note that these will not be available in the shuttle bus.

Where can I buy camping tickets? At what price?

Camping tickets are only available on our official website (by clicking here). Please note that it is not possible to purchase camping tickets on site, neither at the ticket offices nor at the entrance of the campsites.

Do I have to print my tickets?

Yes. You can print out your e-tickets for entry to the circuit, or present them on your smartphone. If you use your smartphone, please make sure you have enough battery power.

At what time are the car parks open/closed?

All car parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Attention! It is not possible to leave your vehicle in the car park overnight. All car parks are closed overnight. They must be completely emptied by 10 p.m. each evening. Please note that vehicles not taken back from the car parks will be towed away.

Can I add tickets to one of my orders?

We recommend that you make out a new order. If you wish that the two orders are placed together, please leave a note on your new order. We will do our utmost to respond to your request. You can also exchange your tickets on TicketSwap, a trusted platform.

Where can I buy the parking tickets for motorcycle? At what price?

You can buy your motorcycle parking tickets on our official website (by clicking here) and at the entrance of the parking lot when you arrive at Spa-Francorchamps. Please note that these will not be available at the entrance of the circuit. The price is 20 euros per day: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Be careful, the car park is emptied every evening (after this period of time, motorcycles will be towed).

You can only buy your car parking tickets on our official website (by clicking here). The price is €25 per day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Attention! It is not possible to leave your car in the car park overnight. All car parks are closed during the night. They must be completely emptied by 10pm each evening. How can I choose my position in the stand?

When you place your order, at the bottom of the page, you will find a ‘notes’ box where you can indicate your request for a position in the stand. We will take this into account subject to availability. If you have already placed your order, you can send us your request by e-mail, quoting your order number. Please note that all seats in the same order will automatically be positioned next to each other.

Can I back out of my purchase?

You may cancel your order within a strict period of 14 calendar days from the date of collection or debit by the credit institution, even if no signature has been affixed to the means of payment. From July 29th 2019, this withdrawal period is no longer valid. On this date, tickets will not be taken back or exchanged except in the event of cancellation of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix. In case of any problems with your tickets, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.
