Can I park my car on my campground?

It is permitted to park one vehicle per campground as long as it does not exceed 40m².

Can I bring drinks and food?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own drinks (except alcoholic drinks) and food. Please note that glass containers are not allowed.

Which bus do I need to take from Verviers central station to get to the circuit? How much does it cost?

Bus routes 294 and 395 leave from Verviers-Centrale station and travel to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit EXCEPT on Sundays when they are diverted and DO NOT serve the circuit.- Tickets cost €3.50 per journey on these two public lines.- TEC season tickets are only valid on these 2 bus routes on Saturdays and Sundays and not on Shuttle services.

At what time are the car parks open/closed?

All car parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Attention! It is not possible to leave your vehicle in the car park overnight. All car parks are closed overnight. They must be completely emptied by 10 p.m. each evening. Please note that vehicles not taken back from the car parks will be towed away.

Can I cancel my purchase ?

Tickets will not be taken back or exchanged. If you have any problem with your tickets, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible at the following address : info@spagrandprix.com. You can also exchange your tickets on TicketSwap, a platform we recommend.

Can I buy all categories of tickets (Bronze, Silver and Gold) at the ticket office?

No. You can only buy tickets that have not yet been sold during the online sales. Therefore, the categories of tickets available vary from one year to another one depending on the evolution of sales.

Is it possible to do only a one-way trip with a City Shuttle ticket?

You are free to make only one of the two trips planned by the City Shuttle, but the only ticket available includes the round trip. The ticket price is not breakable.

I have an electric car. Where can I find a charging station to charge my car?

The closest charging stations for your electric car are available in Spa and Stavelot. However, these terminals may be difficult to access given the expected audience. Take your precautions because they may not be accessible.

Where can I buy camping tickets? At what price?

Camping tickets are only available on our official website (by clicking here). Please note that it is not possible to purchase camping tickets on site, neither at the ticket offices nor at the entrance of the campsites.

Is there access to electricity and water on the campsite?

Campers do not have access to electricity. We therefore recommend that you bring your own portable battery, generator battery etc. However, the campsite is equipped with sanitary facilities (i.e. showers and toilets).

What type of ticket must a person with reduced mobility purchase?

Platforms PRM SOURCE or PRM CHICANE Attention! The PRM SOURCE or PRM CHICANE platforms are exclusively intended for people with reduced mobility who have a blue badge (= the disabled card). People who do not meet these criteria will not be accepted on these platforms. The packages include a ticket for the disabled person, a ticket for the accompanying person and a parking ticket. Each PRM platform includes a wheelchair ramp and a chair for the accompanying person.
