How will I receive my tickets? In what format?

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you that your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You will then be able to log into your customer account to download and print them.

When will I receive my tickets after placing an order online?

E-tickets will be shipped a few weeks before the event, sometimes in June. They will be available in your account area, and you will be notified by e-mail.

Are tickets nominative?

Yes, each ticket is personal. You will be asked to personalise them when you receive them, before downloading them.

I have not received my e-tickets, what should I do?

E-tickets will be available in the course of June, as long as payment is received.

Where can I buy the bike parking tickets? At what price?

You can get your free bike parking tickets on our website by clicking here. Please note that tickets will not be available at the ticket office at the entrance to the circuit or at the entrance to the bike park. The bike park is open from Friday to Sunday, from 6 am to 10 pm.
