What
objects/things are allowed on site?

do not disturb the view of other spectators (small flags, small banners); pushchairs, walkers and wheelchairs; cigarettes are allowed on site, but smoking is strictly prohibited in the stands and VIP areas.
What
is the difference between Bronze tickets, Silver tickets, and Gold tickets?

Bronze tickets do not give you access to an assigned seat in the stands. and tickets give you access to the Bronze areas as well as an assigned seat in the stands. Silver tickets give you access to a Silver stand, which you must choose when purchasing, and Gold tickets give you access to a Gold stand, which must also be chosen when purchasing.
Are there tickets for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
What
does the ticket include?
Yes. There are special tickets for people with reduced mobility who have a blue badge (= the disabled card). The PRM SOURCE or PRM CHICANE platforms are exclusively intended for these people. People who do not meet these criteria will not be accepted on these platforms. The packages include a ticket for the person with reduced mobility, a ticket for the accompanying person and a parking ticket. Each PRM platform includes a wheelchair ramp and a chair for the accompanying person.

How will I receive my tickets? In

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you
that
your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You will then be able to log into your customer account to download and print them.
I have not received my e-tickets,
what
should I do?
E-tickets will be available in the course of June, as long as payment is received.

are the accepted payment methods?
