No, there is no wifi on site.

What objects/things are allowed on site?

cameras (images for personal use only) ; portable radio ; food (for personal consumption only); promotional items that do not disturb the view of other spectators (small flags, small banners); pushchairs, walkers and wheelchairs; cigarettes are allowed on site, but smoking is strictly prohibited in the stands and VIP areas.

What are the payment methods accepted on site?

The following methods of payment are accepted on site: credit cards (excluding American Express), debit cards and cashless cards.Cash is only accepted for the purchase of cashless cards at the cashless stands. Cash cannot be used directly at the food and beverage stands.

Can I pay by credit card when I buy food and drinks on site?

Yes, the food and beverage stands only accept payment by credit card (excluding American Express), debit card or cashless card. Cash is not accepted at the food and beverage stands. Cashless cards can be purchased at dedicated stands. At these points of sale, cash is accepted, as well as credit cards (excluding American Express) and debit cards. This is the only place where you can use cash on site.

Are there water points on the Spa-Francorchamps site?

Yes. We have more than 25 water points across the venue. In addition to that we have multiple hand wash stations, each of them providing dinkable water.

What items/things are not allowed on site?

alcohol; drugs and narcotics; glass products and articles (glass bottles, perfume bottles,...); any object (sunshade, camera stand, camera pole or any other structure) that may obstruct the view of spectators and/or affect their safety or be considered dangerous by the surveillance services; projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gaseous form; flammable products or materials, aerosol cans; pyrotechnic articles; any weapon or dangerous object (firearm, knife, penknife, blade, etc.); anythi

Are there adapted toilets on the Spa-Francorchamps site for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, there are adapted toilets for people with reduced mobility. These are only provided around the 2 PRM platforms (PRM SOURCE & PRM CHICANE).

Is the price of the tickets on site different from the price of the tickets online?

No. Apart from commercial offers, the price of online tickets is identical to the price of tickets sold at the ticket office on the circuit.

Is the price of the tickets on site different from the price of the tickets online?

There will be no ticketing at the entrances to the circuit in 2025. All sales will be made online.

What type of food and drink do you sell around the Spa-Francorchamps circuit?

On site, we have food of all types to cater for different diets (healthy, vegetarian, etc.).

Where can I find earplugs?

Alpine Hearing Protection earplugs can be bought on the site in F1 shops.

Where is the first aid station located?

Many first aid stations are located around the site. These will be indicated by signs on the circuit Spa-Francorchamps, on our APP.

Where can I buy camping tickets? At what price?

Camping tickets are only available on our official website (by clicking here). Please note that it is not possible to purchase camping tickets on site, neither at the ticket offices nor at the entrance of the campsites.

Can I bring my pet?

No, for safety reasons, animals are not allowed on the Spa-Francorchamps site (neither on the circuit nor in the campsites) Exception: Guide dogs for the visually impaired and assistance dogs are allowed but the organisation must be informed in advance.

Yes, the Waze application has been configured for the Spa Grand Prix event. It indicates the different possible paths to access the Spa-Francorchamps site. Parking lots and campsites are also visible on this application. Thanks to the Waze application, you are informed in real time of the route to follow according to your position as well as the traffic conditions.
