Is it possible to do only a one-way trip with a City Shuttle ticket?

You are free to make only one of the two trips planned by the City Shuttle, but the only ticket available includes the round trip. The ticket price is not breakable.

Is it possible to have the tickets delivered to your home?

No, we do not do home delivery. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you that your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You can then log in to your customer account to download and print them.

Can I pay in instalments?

No, it is not possible to pay in instalments.

Can I invoice my orders to several companies?

Yes, provided you open a different customer account per company to be invoiced. For a customer account, only one billing address is possible.

Is there a kiss & ride area?

No. There is no kiss & ride area during the FORMULA ONE BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 2025. Spectators will be dropped off wherever possible, depending on the traffic regulations of the authorities

Where can I buy camping tickets? At what price?

Camping tickets are only available on our official website (by clicking here). Please note that it is not possible to purchase camping tickets on site, neither at the ticket offices nor at the entrance of the campsites.

Can I change my billing address?

Yes, you can change your billing address by logging into your account on our website. If the invoice has already been issued, it will no longer be possible to change the billing address (legal obligation). However, the new encoded billing address will be used for all the invoices of subsequent orders.

At what time are the car parks open/closed?

All car parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Attention! It is not possible to leave your vehicle in the car park overnight. All car parks are closed overnight. They must be completely emptied by 10 p.m. each evening. Please note that vehicles not taken back from the car parks will be towed away.

At what time is the circuit open and closed to the public?

The circuit opens at 6 am from Friday to Sunday. The last possible entry will be at 7.30pm on Friday, 5.35pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday The circuit closes at 10 pm on Friday and 9 pm Saturday. On Sunday, closing time is 8 p.m.

Can I cancel my purchase ?

You can only buy your car parking tickets on our official website (by clicking here). The price is €25 per day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Attention! Can I add tickets to one of my online orders?

No, it is not possible to change an existing order but you can order tickets by placing a new order in your personal account on our website. If your orders include seats in a grandstand, you can leave a note in the box provided if you want both orders to be placed together in the chosen grandstand. We will do our best to answer your request according to availability. You can also exchange your tickets on TicketSwap, a trusted exchange platform.

Can I back out of my purchase?

You may cancel your order within a strict period of 14 calendar days from the date of collection or debit by the credit institution, even if no signature has been affixed to the means of payment. From July 29th 2019, this withdrawal period is no longer valid. On this date, tickets will not be taken back or exchanged except in the event of cancellation of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
