In the grandstands

  • Smoking is forbidden;
  • Sitting on or obstructing the grandstand stairs is forbidden;
  • Banners, flags and other promotional materials are allowed on condition they do not obstruct the view of other spectators and/or disturb them;
  • Remain courteous and patient at all times;
  • Being topless/shirtless is forbidden;
  • In the event of an incident, our stand managers will be at your disposal;
  • Taking photos is allowed on condition that other spectators are not disturbed. We ask that you do not remain standing for too long.

Weather

  • The site can be quite cold if there is no sunshine. Plan on bringing some cover-up;
  • Umbrellas are allowed but they must not obstruct the view of other spectators;
  • To make the best preparations, consult the website meteo.be.

Getting to your grandstand

The site is very spread out and some grandstands are quite a distance away so make sure you bring along some good walking shoes!

Follow the signs

There are also numerous panels or signposts to help guide you around the site. Maps of the Circuit are distributed for perusal at the various entry points as well as at points of sale.

Stewards are also on hand to help direct you. Consulting our app or the site map before arrival at the event could help you better organise your days and allow you to get to your seat more quickly.

Tip : Choose the best entry point according to your grandstand.

Source/P15: Gold 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 - Silver 1, 2 and Bronze.
Ster: Gold 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 - Silver 1, 2 and Bronze.
Combes: Bronze and Silver 4.
Blanchimont: "17-27" area and Bronze.

Allowed/forbidden


Objects allowed

  • Cameras and photo apparatus (images for personal use only);
  • Portable radios (106.5 FM);
  • Food (for your personal consumption only);
  • Alcohol (glass containers are forbidden);
  • Folding chairs (Bronze area);
  • Promotional article that do not disturb other spectators;
  • Buggies, walking frames and wheelchairs;
  • Cigarettes are allowed on the site, but it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the stands or in the VIP areas.

Forbidden items

  • Ladders/stepladders;
  • Glass items;
  • Firearms, bladed weapons and any other type of dangerous item;
  • Parasols and other structures that may obstruct the view of other spectators and/or endanger their safety;
  • Barbecues;
  • Any electrical equipment that needs the use of a generator;
  • Animals (except for guide dogs and service dogs);
  • Bicycles-Motorbikes.

The promoter reserves the right to forbid any item, material or equipment deemed to be dangerous.
