Are there tickets for people with reduced mobility (PRM)? What does the ticket include?

Yes. There are special tickets for people with reduced mobility who have a blue badge (= the disabled card). The PMR SOURCE or PMR CHICANE platforms are exclusively intended for these people.. People who do not meet these criteria will not be accepted on these platforms. The packages include a ticket for the person with reduced mobility, a ticket for the accompanying person and a parking ticket. Each PRM platform includes a wheelchair ramp and a chair for the accompanying person.

Can I back out of my purchase?

You may cancel your order within a strict period of 14 calendar days from the date of collection or debit by the credit institution, even if no signature has been affixed to the means of payment. From July 29th 2019, this withdrawal period is no longer valid. On this date, tickets will not be taken back or exchanged except in the event of cancellation of the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix. Which TEC bus should I take to join the circuit from Verviers-Central Station? At what price?

Bus routes 294 and 395 leave from Verviers-Centrale station and travel to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit EXCEPT on Sundays when they are diverted and DO NOT serve the circuit. Tickets cost €3.50 per journey on these two public lines. Les abonnements TEC sont uniquement valable sur ces 2 lignes de bus le samedi et le dimanche et non pas sur les Shuttle.

Do I have access to the Fanzone and its activities with a Bronze Ticket?

Yes, with a Bronze Ticket you have access to the Bronze Zones around the track and to the fan zone. You can watch the concerts there without an additional ticket. However, you do not have access to the grandstands with allocated seats.

Can I bring my pet?

No, for safety reasons, animals are not allowed on the Spa-Francorchamps site (neither on the circuit nor in the campsites) Exception: Guide dogs for the visually impaired and assistance dogs are allowed but the organisation must be informed in advance.

What objects/things are allowed on site?

Are the grandstand seats numbered?

Yes, grandstand seats are numbered and allocated for each day. For example, if you have a weekend ticket, you will have the same seat on all 3 days. However, there is an exception for the ‘17-27 Blanchimont’ stand, which does not have numbered seats and is open seating.

Do all ticket categories (Bronze, Silver and Gold) automatically give me access to a seat in the grandstand?

No. SILVER and GOLD tickets give you access to the circuit (to the BRONZE area) as well as an allocated seat in a grandstand, whereas BRONZE tickets give you access to the circuit (to the BRONZE area) but not to an allocated seat in a grandstand.

Is it possible to have the tickets delivered to your home?

No, we do not do home delivery. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address informing you that your electronic tickets are available in your customer area. You can then log in to your customer account to download and print them.
