Privilege Card

This is a ship card like a credit card containing all the information about your order.

This card is reusable and refillable not like the current ticket who can only be used once.

For the price of 8€, you only pay once the shipping cost (15 €).

Indeed, you can if you wish reload this card the following year from your computer. You need to return to your customer account and give the serial card number without any charges. You simply pay the price of your entry.

After purchasing your tickets, you will receive an e-mail with the location of your seats(except Bronze zone) that you will need to take with you during the GP.

Why come to Spa-Francorchamps?

This is one of the favorite circuits of the drivers due to the variety of its layout in the hilly landscape of the Ardennes that allows drivers to put their talent in value.

Designed in 1921 by Jules de Their and Henri Langlois Van Ophem, the original circuit of 14.981 km has roughly the shape of a triangle connecting Francorchamps, Malmedy and Stavelot and using public roads.

Over time, the speeds reached by cars make the circuit more and more dangerous for the safety of competitors. So Jackie Stewart became an implacable adversary of the circuit since his accident at Masta in 1966. Dan Gurney used to say of this circuit that "not a circuit for little boys."

The circuit currently used has been modified several times and is now a permanent circuit of 7.004 meters. This is still a very fast and hilly circuit, taking over part of the old route, which has characteristics valued by the world's greatest drivers of different categories and where the cars can still exceed 320 km/h.

Spa-Francorchamps is also famous for its unpredictable weather. Periodically, the circuit is set differently according the sectors, dry places while other parts are wet and slippery.

Did you know?

The most famous part of the circuit is the Raidillon of l’ Eau Rouge where drivers challenge is to negotiate this hill flat out. Jacques Villeneuve has often proclaimed loudly that he dared to cross the Raidillon flat out.

He proved in 1996 by signing the pole position but he crashed very violently off the track at this location in 1998 and 1999. Five years earlier, Alex Zanardi had also suffered a big accident in this area and had had to stop racing for several weeks.
